30th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We received positive comments from people and parents of children who use the service about how they had been included in consultations about their treatment and how they had been given clear information about the choices they had made. They told us they had been treated with respect by all the staff whenever they had visited the surgery and staff had always been polite to them. One patient said, "The dentist usually explains to me what they are doing. I can ask any questions and they tell me everything I want to know".
