24th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients who told us: “I am quite happy with the treatment, the staff are all very friendly”, “there is something about complaints in the waiting room” and “we have been given information on how to make a complaint”, “our experience has been very good we have never been kept waiting for long periods”, “they are always very nice they always give me time and answer any questions I may have”, “I never feel rushed they are really very good”, “they will see you quickly if it is an emergency, it is a really busy surgery”, “I had some concerns about a tooth recently and they were able to see me within a week to check the tooth and I thought that was really good” and “they asked me about my general health when I first came and they ask periodically if anything has changed.”
