8th October 2013 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

During the inspection we spoke with the Provider and Practice Manager and looked at staff records.

We found that the Provider had taken steps to to ensure that staff recruitment processes and procedures had been updated to ensure all staff were in receipt of a Disclosure and Barring Service - Enhanced check.
