11th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who had received treatment at the clinic. People said they were very impressed with the care they received. Comments included they are "good as gold" and "my children love coming here". Two people said the care was "good but costly". People told us they were given “sufficient information and had time to ask questions”. One person said the clinic had a "very calm and friendly atmosphere".

Staff said they were happy at the practice and felt well supported.

We noted the practice was a member of the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme.
