16th March 2012 - During a routine inspection
A person told us they had been using the service for a number of years and received prompt appointments and were seen on time when they visited. They told us they received information about their treatment and costs so that they could decide about the treatment they wanted. One person said they were very satisfied with the treatment they received. The three monthly summary of satisfaction questionnaires showed that people rated the treatment they received as very good or excellent. One person made the following comments about the service in a questionnaire “Excellent, friendly, helpful, excellent with children. We received feedback that the practice was always clean when people visited. We had a tour of the practice and observed that it was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. All the dental cabinets were clean and instruments were neatly arranged.
