We spoke with two patients who told us they were satisfied with the service provided. They said they never experienced difficulties obtaining an appointment that suited their needs. One person said “The service here is excellent”. Another person said “I am always happy with the treatment I receive”.

Before patients received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. Where patients did not have the capacity to consent, the provider acted in accordance with legal requirements.

Patients experienced care, treatment and support that met their individual needs and protected their rights.

Patients were protected against the risks associated with medicines because the provider was ensuring that appropriate arrangements were in place to manage medicines.

Patients were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.

The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that patients received.

We spoke with patients to gather their feedback on the care and treatment they received at the surgery. We spoke with staff about their practices and the treatments they provide and we reviewed records.

People we spoke with told us that they were very happy with the dental care they received. One person told us “I have moved away but I still come to this practice as I’m so happy with the treatment I receive”. Another person told us “They just put you at ease here”.

Staff we spoke with had worked at the surgery for over ten years. They told us “I really like working here, I wouldn’t still be here after all this time if I wasn’t happy. The staff are like a family and we know our patients as they have been coming here so long”.
