We spoke to 2 people who use the service and the relative of a child patient during our visit. The feedback we received from all the stakeholders we met was very complimentary about the overall standard of the care and treatment provided at the New Lavender House Dental Surgery. Typical comments we received, included: Best dentist I have been too” and “Excellent dentist - I would highly recommend them”.

Furthermore, 19 out of the 20 patients who participated in the Practices recent stakeholder satisfaction survey said overall they were ‘very pleased’ with the care and treatment they had received from the New Lavender House Surgery.

Throughout the course of our visit we observed all the staff that worked at the Practice interact with the patients and their relatives in a very courteous and friendly manner.

All 3 patients and their relatives we spoke with told us they felt the Practice was particularly good at sharing information with them about their dental care and treatments options, and being transparent about how much those treatments would cost.

All the patients and their relatives we spoke with during our visit also told us they felt confident their concerns would be taken seriously and acted upon by the Practice if they were dissatisfied about any aspect of the care and treatment they had received from the New Lavender House Dental Surgery.

During a tour we viewed all 3 of the Practices surgical rooms, which we saw were kept hygienically clean. All the patients we met told us all areas of the Practice always looked clean and tidy when they visited.
