4th May 2012 - During a routine inspection
People who use the service were not available for interview during our visit. In their quality assurance questionnaires provided by the practice, they told us they were satisfied with the treatment they had received and how it was provided. The procedure for consultation and treatment was explained to them as well as the cost of treatment. They were also informed about any risks that might arise from treatments chosen.They felt treated with dignity, respect and had received consultations and treatment in a way that maintained their privacy. They did not comment on the clinic's safeguarding or infection control systems. They did tell us they thought the clinic was kept clean and tidy and they were very satisfied with the service they received.
