19th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people and their children who were using the service at the time of our inspection. All of the people we spoke with said they were very happy with the service received. They said they were given good information about the procedure of fitting the brace and the orthodontist treated them well at each appointment. They said they were given good and clear aftercare instructions for the brace in respect of how to clean it and what foods to avoid.

They said they would recommend the practice.
