8th March 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During our visit we spoke to three patients who were attending appointments. They told us good things about the service. One person told us that staff were always polite and they were always made aware of what treatment is needed. Another person told us that they had recently brought their small child for an appointment and they said, “the staff are really nice.” The patient told us that when her child had found out that her mother had an appointment she also wanted to return to the surgery.

People told us that the service was good at ensuring they got an appointment when needed. Comments included “got an appointment quickly” and “always good at giving appointments quickly and for specific needs.” One person told us that they signed a consent form each time they visited.

People told us good things about the services hygiene practices. Comments included “good surgery” and “surgery clean, no problems.”
