23rd March 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients told us they were happy with the quality of the service they received. They told us they were treated with dignity and respect by a staff team who were professional and caring.

Patients said clear explanations of the various treatment options and costs were explained to them by the staff.

People told us they felt safe whist having their treatment and that the practice environment was clean.
