9th July 2013 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found the provider had addressed the issues raised at the last inspection.

We saw evidence that all staff had received safeguarding vulnerable adults training. Safeguarding vulnerable adults procedures were now in place and displayed clearly in the Practice Manager’s office.

The provider now had clear legionella risk assessments in place and systems were being followed to reduce risks.

We spoke to a number of people who use the service and all were positive about the care they received.
