23rd February 2015 - During an inspection in response to concerns
We looked at the infection control and safety, availability and suitability of equipment. We found that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection and that people were protected from unsafe or unsuitable equipment. We found people received care and treatment in a clean environment with infection control measures in place to minimise the risk of infection.
3rd December 2012 - During a routine inspection
At the time of our inspection there was no one available to speak with us in person due to them receiving treatment. We therefore telephoned patients after the inspection to obtain peoples views about the service. People told us they were happy with the care and support provided. They told us the dental practice was comfortable. People spoke positively about the staff, these were some of the comments people made: "they are all welcoming", "They are nice and easy to get on with" and "I love coming here, I'm comfortable with the dentist I see". People who used the service told us they were comfortable with the dental practice and the staff were very friendly and that the facilities were very good.
