6th July 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with three patients. Patients we spoke with told us that they had had a very good experience at the clinic. They said that the staff were very good, respectful and professional. They said that they were treated as an individual and their needs were met in a way that suited them best. One patient said, "I can't praise them enough. They were kind and considerate. They gave me all the reassurance I needed to go through with the procedure".

Patients told us they were very satisfied with the clinic. Patients said their treatment plans were always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs. Patients said that the clinic was always clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We found that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. We found that patients who used the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them.
