25th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people when we visited the practice, some were waiting and others had just had treatment. All of them gave us very positive feedback.

They told us “it’s very friendly”, “the dentists are very good”, “it’s excellent here, they are really gentle and kind”.

One said “they always stop if you have any pain, they’re absolutely wonderful”.

Two people told us that they had previously been very nervous and phobic but that the dentist was so good that they were now much better.
