11th July 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who use the service and they told us that they were extremely happy with the service provided by the practice. One person told us that the practice was friendly and he staff were efficient. They also told us that they felt confident in their dentists ability which made them feel at ease. Another person told us that they had been at the practice for a short amount of time due to their other dentist not providing a good enough service and that they found their new dentist extremely helpful. They told us that they had seen the dentist for numerous consultations about treatment options and that the dentist was very methodical in explaining the options available and the associated costs.
