13th May 2013 - During a routine inspection

There were no patients attending the dental practice on the day of our visit and therefore we were unable to speak directly with anybody who uses the service.

We saw that the provider had sought people's opinions of the service by way of feedback forms and saw that people had been complimentary of the service in their responses.
