12th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to four patients during our visit to the service. People were satisfied with the service provided and felt safe and well cared for by the staff. Some of the patients told us they had been registered with the practice for a number of years and knew and trusted the staff. People told us the dentists explained treatment options to them in a way they understood and the various costs involved. They felt fully involved with their treatment.
