27th January 2014 - During a routine inspection

One patient told us that the dentist explained why treatment was necessary and that they understood the dentist's explanation and agreed to the treatment. The dentist also explained the cost involved.

Another patient told us, “It is always easy to get an appointment, each time I come they ask me to update my medical history. Everyone is so friendly”.

A further person said, “I used to be terrified of dentists before I came here, I’m not now”. All the patients we spoke with told us that they had no concerns about the surgery.

We found that the practice had one issue regarding a a tear in the dental chair in the ground floor surgery. This has been subsequently rectified prior to the report being issued.
