29th October 2012 - During a routine inspection
People told us they had full confidence in the dentist. They also told us they discussed their treatment with the dentist and understood they could refuse treatment. One person said “The dentist always discusses my treatment with me and I know the cost.” People also told us the dentist gave them options and they could choose the one which met their needs. People we spoke with told us they had confidence in the dentist. They told us they were satisfied with the care and attention they received. One person told us “The dentist is lovely he always makes me feel at ease” and “My children love coming and have no fear at all.” People told us the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were told “The girls are very good.” People we spoke with told us the premises were always clean and tidy.
