19th March 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three patients who told us they felt well treated dentists and the team.

The patients told us they found all staff listened to them, and gave them information on treatment options.

We found there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The premises were modern and clean, working towards decontamination best practice.

Staff were well supported and received appropriate training to enable them to carry out their roles.
