16th June 2011 - During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke to staff to staff and people during the visit at the hospital. People told us they were happy with the care they received and were full of praise for the nursing staff. People we spoke to also told us they felt safe on the ward. They also told us that they felt that their concerns and comments would be listened to and acted upon.
