17th December 2013 - During a routine inspection

People told us that Lowshoe Dental Practice was a good service that met their dental needs. One person told us, “I’ve been coming here for twenty years, I like it here”. We were also told “you don’t have to wait long for an appointment”.

We found that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people’s safety and welfare. Staff received appropriate professional development and there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People’s personal records were accurate and kept securely.
