31st January 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During our inspection, we visited the administrative offices of the provider. Care and treatment was carried out at a number of health locations throughout the area. Although we did not speak directly with anyone who had used the service, we looked at a range of information which showed how the treatment had been planned and delivered.

The service offered psychiatric and therapy services to children and young people under the age of 19. We looked at a range of records that showed details of the initial consultation process, assessments and treatment plans together with any necessary risk assessments. The information was clear and up to date and we saw evidence that it was evaluated on a regular basis to ensure it remained effective.
