7th March 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with three people who had received treatment on the day of our visit.

They all said they were happy with the care and treatment they had received. They told us that they were given information about their treatment, costs and that on each visit any changes to their medical history was checked. They commented that appointment times were flexible and they had been able to get emergency appointments on the same day when required.

They felt that staff were welcoming, respectful, caring and reassuring. They felt that their privacy and confidentiality was promoted.

People told us that if they had any concerns or complaints they would feel able to raise it with the registered person.

People told us that they felt the surgery was clean and hygienic.
