16th July 2013 - During a routine inspection
![]() All the people we spoke with indicated that their needs were met and they were happy with the service they received. One person said, "I am quite happy [with the service]". People told us that staff arrived on time and provided them with support and care that reflected their needs. Care plans were regularly reviewed and there was evidence that people who used the service were involved in drawing them up. The service had arrangements in place to ensure that people who used the service were protected from abuse. Staff were available in sufficient numbers to meet people’s needs. We noted that staff were appropriately vetted before starting work with the service. People who used the service were actively encouraged to give their views on the quality of the service. This ensured that that people’s opinions were heard and improvements were made to the quality of the service.
21st November 2012 - During a routine inspection
![]() We spoke with four people using the service and two relatives of the people regarding what it was like to use the services provided by London Supported Living Services. We also spoke with three support workers, the manager and a professional from the placing authority. People using the services told us they had information they needed to make decisions about their care and support. They told us their support workers treated them with respect and dignity. People told us the support workers arrived on time and completed the tasks to their satisfaction. We were informed that people using the service were supported to be independent. A person told us: “I ask my support worker what to do for me and [they] always do it”. People told us support workers listened to them and gave them choices over what activities to do. A person told us they had known their support worker for many years and they trusted them. They told us the agency had contacted to ask them if they were happy with their care. People using the service and their relatives told us the support workers were kind and caring.
5th April 2011 - During a routine inspection
![]() All the people we talked to, including stakeholders, were positive about the support provided by the service based at this location. People who use services were satisfied with service and said they felt safe and treated with respect.
