22nd November 2012 - During a routine inspection

People we spoke with rated the service very highly; staff were described as “diligent” and “experts in their field”.

The clinic provided good quality information about the service and the conditions people were diagnosed with. People reported they were fully involved in their assessment and treatment planning and considered they “were filled with confidence” by the skills of their consultant.

The clinic ensured assessment, diagnosis and treatment was planned by people well skilled and qualified to deliver the service.
