14th January 2013 - During a routine inspection
During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with two people who told us that they were very satisfied with the quality of service provided and any required treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make an informed choice. We saw that people had used the comments book available in the waiting room. Although some people were concerned about the waiting times in the surgery, another person had written "This is the best dentist should you be in pain or have an emergency. They will never let you down" We found that the service followed best practice in gaining people's consent to treatment, providing choices, delivery of treatment and hygiene standards. Staff told us that received good training and enjoyed working at the practice.
