16th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

We asked five patients about their visit to the dentist and they all spoke positively about it. They told us they felt they had been treated in a respectful manner and their privacy and confidentiality had been respected. One patient described the whole experience as “Excellent.”

One patient told us, “Just a fantastic dentist I’ve never had any problems.” They went on to say they had been able to have an emergency appointment on the same day when they had toothache. Another person told us, “I have always had excellent treatment and have never been kept waiting.”

Patients told us they felt perfectly safe when coming to the dentist. One patient said, “You need to be able to trust your dentist don’t you!”
