14th June 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two patients at Killamarsh Dental Practice.

Both had been attending the dental practice for many years, and said they were very happy with the dental treatment that they had received. One person said: “I’ve been coming for years, and had a lot of dental work, but the dentist is very good, and I have no concerns about the dentists at all.” Another patient said: “I have been coming here for many years, as have my family, we are very happy, and everything is fine.” When asked about the dentist providing information, both patients said that the dentist explained everything, including the costs, and they were both perfectly happy.

“I’ve been coming here for forty years, I wouldn’t still be here if I didn’t think it was providing good care and treatment.”

“I have had some quite complicated treatment, and it’s gone really well, I’m very happy with what they have done for me.”
