1st June 2012 - During a routine inspection

We haven’t been able to speak to people using the service because no patients were available at the time of the inspection. We gathered evidence of people’s experiences of the service by looking at recent patient comments and one patient survey that had been returned. In all of the communications people praised the way they were cared for and rated the quality of their treatment highly.
