We spoke with two people using the service on the day of our inspection. They told us they came to this practice as it was local to where they lived. One person said ‘I’ve been coming here for two and a half years. You can ring up for an appointment and they will always try and fit you in’. People described staff working at the practice as ‘lovely’ and ‘very professional’.

People we spoke with told us staff discussed their treatment options with them. One person said ‘Staff will explain your options and then you can make a decision. They tell you what the cost will be’.

We looked at the records of people using the service. We saw people had treatment plans which set out their treatment needs and costs.

One person we spoke with told us they felt safe when visiting the practice. People also told us the environment was clean and tidy every time they visited.

We saw the provider undertook regular audits to monitor and review the quality and safety of the service provided.
