19th September 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the service and they all told us that they were “very happy” with the treatment they had received. They told us they had found the staff friendly and approachable and they thought the building was clean and tidy. They said that they had been given enough information about their treatment but were confident they could ask for more if they needed to. One told us that they had been nervous but the staff had made them feel “really comfortable” and had “explained what all the equipment did and what was going to happen” they said this had made them feel much better. One person we spoke with said they had never had cause to complain but were confident that they could and that it would be dealt with.
