25th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

During our inspection we spoke with one person who had been using the service for a large number of years. They told us they were very happy with the service and felt very comfortable with the dentists.

Following the inspection we spoke with two people who used the service on the telephone and they both told us they could not fault the service or the dentists.

One of these people told us ‘you can discuss anything with the dentists and they treat people with the utmost courtesy and consideration’.
