19th December 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who use the practice who all spoke highly of the service they had received, with comments including “They take their time and they’re really kind and considerate”, “Very good, I wouldn’t think of changing” and “Everybody here including reception are kind, helpful and caring”. People had treatment options explained to them and the practice obtained appropriate medical histories prior to treatment starting.

Staff had been appropriately trained and were supported in obtaining further qualifications. The provider had in place appropriate quality assurance procedures to ensure the practice was subject to continuous improvement.
