During our visit on 12 October we spoke with the practice manager, the provider who is the lead dentist for the practice, a dentist, two nurses and two receptionists.

We spoke with six people who had attended the practice. They all spoke positively about the quality of the service they had received. One person told us, "I have been coming to this practice all my life. The dentists have changed during this time, but this dentist is marvellous.”

We saw the dentist undertook an assessment of people's needs before discussing treatment options with them. People we spoke with told us that everything was always explained to them. One person told us, “I was given really good information. I asked lots of questions and was given clear and honest answers.”

During our visit we saw the practice was clean and tidy. Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and high levels of cleanliness maintained.

People described the practice as being welcoming and friendly. One person said “It’s a very friendly practice.” Another person told us, “I think they are absolutely great. My dentist is conscientious and very considerate. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. They are first class.”

People told us that they had never had cause to complain about the service they had received. People told us they were satisfied with the service and would recommend the practice to family and friends.
