We asked six people to complete our questionnaire the day after the inspection because during the inspection one person attended and although they kindly completed a questionnaire they were not able to speak with us. People said that they were very satisfied with the service they received at this practice. One person said '10 out of 10 I would recommend to everyone'. Another person said 'The staff are really friendly and kind'. When asked if people would like any improvements made they all said 'no' they were either very or extremely satisfied with the service.

People had been asked for their consent prior to the start of their treatment.

People's needs had been fully assessed and their care had been planned and delivered in a way that met their individual needs.

People said they felt safe and we found that systems were in place to enable staff to recognise the possibility of abuse and act appropriately.

People were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the practice. We found that appropriate systems were in place to safely manage the risk, or spread of infection.

We found that, although not all the recruitment records were in place for the staff who had been at the practice for many years there was a system in place to ensure that if new staff were employed they would be recruited safely.

Although people told us they had not been asked for their feedback, we found there were ways in which people could have shared their views and these had been acted on.
