People told us that treatment options, costs risks and benefits were explained to them in a way they understood. One person told us ‘’ The dentists always have time to sit and explain everything to me and to answer all my questions.’’

They said that the dentists provided ‘excellent treatment’ and good advice about oral hygiene. One person told us ‘’I have been coming here for years. I am always welcomed by staff and I am always more than happy with the treatment I receive here.’’

People told us that they felt safe when undergoing treatments at the dental surgery and that they had no complaints or cause to complaint. One person told us ‘’I have nothing but praise for the dentists and staff. I have no concerns what so ever. I have never had a concern or complaint in all the years I have been a patient here.”

People told us that the practice was always clean. One person told us ‘’Everything is clean and as I would expect from a dentist surgery.’’

People we spoke with were very complimentary about staff who worked at the practice. They told us that staff were respectful, welcoming and skilled in their work.
