23rd April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people who used the service and these are some of the things they told us:

“I am highly delighted with the service.”

“I have been coming here for fourteen years and I am very satisfied.”

“It is a very friendly practice and I never have any problems getting an appointment.”

“The dentist always discusses the treatment options and the charges.”

We also looked in the comments book in the reception area and these were some comments that had been made during April 2013:

“Best dentist and staff in town. I always get looked after well. A first class service.”

”Great dentist and staff.”

“A very caring practice we really like coming to the dentist.”

“My child had a tooth taken out that had been wobbly for 12 months. The dentist talked them through everything, making it fun and non scary.”
