9th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients before and after they had received treatment. One person said, ”It’s marvellous here, you receive good customer care.” People commented about the friendliness and welcome they received from the receptionist. They said they trusted the dentist and were always given good information about treatments.
