13th June 2012 - During a routine inspection
People told us that they were happy with the service they receive at this dental practice. We were told that the service is welcoming and friendly. One person told us that they live in Somerset but chose to continue using this practice. They said that they arranged appointments in conjunction with their visits to family and friends in the area. People said that they had been attending the practice for many years and they will continue to do so as it was efficient, professional, and caring. People told us that the dentist always talked to them and explained all the procedures and options available. People told us that the surgery was always very clean.
