27th September 2013 - During a routine inspection

High Oaks Dental Practice is situated at the end of a parade of shops and is based on the ground floor. It consists of two surgeries, a decontamination room, staff room and a reception and waiting area. We found the practice to be clean, bright and welcoming. The small staff team are happy and polite and put patients at ease. People who attended the practice stated that they were happy with the service that is provided.

We found that processes were in place to ensure that the environment and equipment remained clean and these were regularly audited.

People who attend were treated appropriately and their own specific needs are catered for. Surgeries can be adjusted to cater for those with specific needs. Consultations are carried out in a discreet manner.
