24th April 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with four patients that used the service and they told us they had no concerns about the treatment they received. They said they were happy with the practice. They said, “I have a good impression of what the service is like”, “The dentist is very accommodating” and “Everyone is so friendly”. Patients gave their consent to treatment and received a good service of care because they thought staff were knowledgeable. Patients were protected from harm because of appropriate systems in place to prevent abuse happening. Patients were treated in hygienic conditions and infection control standards were good.
