13th December 2013 - During a routine inspection
During our visit we spoke to two patients and they told us that they were very happy with the service they received. One of them said; "They offer a good service. I've been coming here for years." We spoke to four members of staff including the practice manager and the lead dentist who told us that they enjoyed working there and that they prided themselves on providing a good service to their patients. We looked at the cleanliness of the surgery and the safety processes that they have in place to protect the health of their patients. We looked at the policies and procedures that related to safeguarding adults and children and found that the staff were clear about their responsibilities.
We looked at their complaints procedure and found that it was clear and a copy was available to all patients.
20th February 2012 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with people using this service on the day of our visit. They told us that they were pleased with the care and treatment, that the staff were friendly and treated them with respect. They told us the clinic was clean and easy to access and that their privacy was maintained.
