11th February 2014 - During a routine inspection

As part of the inspection visit we spoke with three patients, one dentist, one dental nurse, the reception staff and the office manager.

We looked at the one surgery, the decontamination room and the patient waiting area. All areas were clean and well maintained.

Staff told us they were happy working for the practice and felt well supported. Patients we spoke with told us they had never had any problems. They all said they were treated with respect and dignity and their treatment was always explained to them.

We observed that records were stored securely, maintaining people's privacy and confidentiality.
