30th May 2013 - During a routine inspection

We visited Harpenden Orthodontics on 30th May 2013, We found the practice to be clean and well presented. While at the service we observed how the orthodontist consulted with the patients and spoke with people who used the service and staff. People we spoke with told us that they 'could not fault' the service and that the practice was 'set-up well'. People told us that the orthodontist would always explain procedures to them and that the younger patients were 'happy' to go into the surgery without a parent because they felt 'comfortable'.
