28th February 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients we spoke with told us that they were happy with the care, treatment and information they had received. They told us that the staff were polite, friendly and professional. They felt involved in their treatment and knew how to voice any concerns if necessary.

They told us that the practice was clean and they felt safe.
