6th August 2013 - During a routine inspection

During our visit to Hallgreen Dental Practice we spoke with four patients. Everyone was very complimentary about the staff and told us their dental needs were being appropriately met. They said they were able to make informed choices about various treatments and their privacy and dignity was always respected.

Comments included:

"The receptionist is excellent, as are the nurses and the dentist."

"The staff are friendly and they put you at ease. The dentist is very understanding if you have a problem."

"It is absolutely first class here - in comparison to some dentists I have visited."
