14th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke to four people that use the service, who all provided very positive comments. We were told that the service treated people respectfully and safely. People told us that they received straight-forward explanations about their treatment needs and the costs.

Emergency dental care is provided for current registered patients during working hours, and the out of hours service is provided by Newham Primary Care Trust.
