19th September 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with people using the service and they told us that they were happy with the service that they received. One person told us “It’s the best dentist that I’ve ever had” and another said “the dentist is brilliant with children”. Patients were involved in discussions about their treatments and were provided with appropriate information to enable them to make an informed choice. The staff at the practice felt well supported and one told us “I love my work”. However there was no clear record or plans for staff training and there were no records available to evidence cleaning throughout the practice.
